We start with quality Canadian pulse proteins that are transformed through an extrusion process to create dry, crisp protein chunks.
By combining water, pressure and heat we can produce versatile textured pea proteins (TPP) with a powerful combination of texture, protein and clean flavour, perfect for use in meat analogues, ready meals, snacks, cereals and more.
